Business Development Representative — Direct Primary Care

Primary Health Partners is a local company built by local Oklahoma physicians who believed health care could be simpler: unlimited access, zero copays, and one flat monthly fee. No insurance billing, no surprises, no games. We’re growing across the OKC metro, and we’re looking for a confident, strategic seller who wants to bring this better model to more businesses and their employees.

This isn’t a typical sales job, and it isn’t a typical sales cycle. It is a B2B role in an emerging industry. You’ll own the full relationship: finding the right companies, teaching them a better way, closing the deal, and then staying by their side as their trusted health care partner.

What You’ll Do

• Generate, nurture, and own your pipeline of OKC metro employer groups, from first outreach to signed partnership
• Teach business owners what’s really driving up their health care costs, and show them a better path
• Lead consultative conversations that build trust, not pressure
• Tailor your approach to each company’s financial, HR, and retention goals
• Guide employer groups through onboarding, open enrollment.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and other trusted advisors who serve the same business owners
• Represent PHP with the kind of honesty and care our members have come to expect

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience
• Confidence to guide a conversation, ask thoughtful questions and defend real value.
• Resilience, coachability, and a genuine desire to solve problems.
• Healthcare, benefits, or brokerage experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfort in both small group meetings and in public speaking settings.
