Account Manager (FR) Digital Solutions: New Business
Indexed description
With a history dating back to 1839, Larcier-Intersentia is a well-established name in the publishing world — think books, legal journals and professional training. Alongside that classic publishing activity, which continues to grow and evolve, a strong digital arm has emerged in recent years. Larcier-Intersentia has been investing heavily in digital solutions for some time now: software, online databases and AI tools.
That digital business is growing faster than ever, and to keep that momentum going, we are looking for an Account Manager with a real winning spirit.
Your role
In this role, you represent our digital solutions in the New Business team, where you follow up on warm, qualified leads — while equally expected to actively seek out new clients and build your own network.
The core of your activities revolves around:
- Closing deals: you receive warm leads through our call force and SDR team, and complement that pipeline with your own active prospecting. You manage the full sales cycle and advise clients on the most suitable solutions for their needs.
- New Business: after 18 months, your clients transfer to the Existing Business team — freeing up your time and energy to hunt and close new clients all over again.
- Market insight: you work with your team to analyse commercial results and market feedback, contributing to the development and refinement of both existing and new products.
- Target audience: lawyers, notaries, accountants, tax advisors and legal/HR departments of public and private clients.
- Reporting: you keep a close and accurate record of your sales activities and results in our CRM system.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a software, SaaS or product-driven environment, with intensive use of a CRM (Salesforce or similar).
- Sector experience in Legal, Tax, Accounting, HR or Corporate is a strong asset but not a requirement — your sales skills are what counts.
- You can efficiently and effectively close warm leads, and have the drive to go out and find new clients yourself.
- You work primarily in the Walloon region and communicate fluently in French, with a strong command of Dutch and English.
- You enjoy a high degree of freedom and autonomy in this role — in return, you keep your administration thorough and your CRM consistently up to date.
Our offer
- A working environment with plenty of room to innovate, grow and fulfil your potential.
- A flexible and agile workplace where open dialogue is the norm.
- A healthy work-life balance through hybrid working and flexible schedules.
- An attractive salary with additional benefits tailored to your level of experience (company car, meal vouchers, full insurance package, 34 days off, home working allowance, …)
