Business Development Consultant – Corporate Housing Partnerships

BACH.Homes is developing a new corporate housing campus in Santa Clara, California, consisting of four brand-new furnished homes designed specifically for long-term corporate stays.

We are seeking an experienced business development professional with an established network in one or more of the following industries:

• Corporate housing
• Relocation services
• Global mobility
• Enterprise housing
• Corporate real estate

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with corporate housing providers, relocation companies, and enterprise clients.
• Introduce BACH.Homes to potential strategic partners.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Help establish long-term partnership channels.

Experience with companies such as SuiteAmerica, CORT, Blueground, Synergy, Graebel, Sirva, Cartus, or similar organizations is highly desirable.

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable and will be structured based on the candidate's experience, network, and proposed engagement model.
