About the position:
ASBIS is expanding the Everpure business in Uzbekistan and is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and market development.
In this role you will act as the Everpure (ex Pure Storage) evangelist within the distributor, working closely with Everpure channel stakeholders and ASBIS sales teams to build pipeline, generate demand, and win new customers.
This position will be set up as a contingent worker/contractor with an Everpure email ID and access to Everpure resources (training, knowledge base, tools), similar to an Everpure AE/SE environment.
What you will do:
- Be the evangelist for all things Everpure: positioning, differentiation, messaging, and use cases.
- Build and execute the demand generation & marketing plan for Everpure at the distributor (events, campaigns, partner activities) and manage MDF investments.
- Enable and train distributor Account Managers/Sales teams on Everpure value proposition, competitive positioning, and go-to-market plays.
- Own pipeline tracking internally; support deal registrations and work with Everpure on opportunity management.
- Run weekly reporting and business reviews with the Everpure PAM (pipeline, activities, wins, risks).
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and distributor-sourced opportunities; track targets and KPIs.
- Support partners and customers with commercial & operational topics: pricing, tender requirements, order/PO tracking, payment follow-up, internal escalations.
- Track customer hardware expansion and support renewals and monitor Everpure incentives/rebates/rewards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B IT sales/business development/product management/channel (distributor, vendor, or system integrator).
- Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, ideally storage / data management / backup.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with C-level and partner leadership.
- Hands-on, proactive, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning skills: ability to run activities-to-pipeline motion (events → leads → opportunities).
- English (working proficiency) and Russian (fluent) are required.
