At Wilkinson Contracting, we're looking for a Business Development professional who understands that great business development isn't about making sales calls—it's about building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving long-term growth.

We believe the best Business Development professionals are trusted advisors who understand their market, connect people with solutions, and represent their company with integrity and professionalism.

In this role, you'll:

• Build meaningful relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, insurance professionals, and homeowners.

• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Connect customer needs with Wilkinson Contracting's full range of services.

• Represent our company at networking events, community organizations, and industry meetings.

• Generate qualified opportunities by building trust.

We're seeking someone who is

- A natural relationship builder

- Self-motivated and outgoing

- Comfortable networking and meeting new people

- Professional, organized, and dependable

- Strategic in their thinking and execution

- Passionate about helping customers find the right solutions

Experience in construction, real estate, restoration, insurance, or property management is a plus—but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude, communication skills, and desire to grow.
