Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. We are looking for a hunter focused entirely on pipeline creation - finding, qualifying, and booking initial meetings between prospective OEM (original equipment manufacturer) customers and our account management and engineering teams. You won’t be responsible for closing deals yourself. You will be the reason new deals exist. You’ll work closely with marketing to sharpen inbound lead quality and develop outbound strategies targeting engineers, purchasers, and management leads at OEM’s. Success is measured simply: qualified meetings booked, and over time, revenue from companies you brought in.

This is an opportunity to join a small but mighty team on a sharp growth path. You will impact company strategy, be given creative freedom, and help bring your unique perspective to the team.

Travel is expected to be up to 20%.
