BDM- Corporate Gifting

We are hiring for BDM (Corporate Gifting).

Total Experience: 4+ years

CTC: as per industry standards

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partners and alliances that align with our business objectives and can enhance our product and service offerings.
• Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and value creation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership efforts with overall business goals
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships

and alliances, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance the companys network and reputation

Requirements

• Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, preferably in the gifting industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

maintain relationships at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing partnership strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
