Sales Development Representative | Newcastle (UK)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK SaaS business in the finance & accounting space, and they’re expanding their outbound sales team.

This role requires SDR experience selling to FD's.

This is a hands-on SDR role for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building pipeline from scratch, and wants a clear path into an AE role within 12–18 months.

What you’ll be doing

• High-volume outbound prospecting (approx. 80–100 calls per day)
• Engaging finance and accounting decision-makers
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the sales team
• Using phone, email and LinkedIn to open new opportunities
• Working closely with AEs and marketing to refine outreach

Who this role is great for

• We need SDR experience with some type of finance software. Ideally 2 years +
• People with grit, resilience and strong work ethic — not afraid of outbound
• Candidates who want to grow into an AE role, not stay SDR forever

You don’t need to be perfect — attitude, drive and consistency matter most.

Package & progression

• £30–35k+ base salary +
• OTE averages around £50 -£55k, depending on performance
• clear path into an AE role within 12–18 months.
