BlackJack Tire Manufacturing is building a brand-new Inside Sales team, and we're looking for motivated, relationship-driven professionals who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities

• Conduct outbound calls and customer outreach

• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions

• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

• Help expand our domestic and international customer base

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

• Experience using CRM software

• Manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or B2B sales experience is a plus

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
