Strategic Sales Executive

IDR is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role is focused on selling innovative corporate payments solutions to mid-market businesses, helping organizations optimize their paying processes and enhance financial operations. The company operates within the financial technology space, emphasizing customer success and strategic growth.

Position Overview for the Strategic Sales Executive:

• Lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate payments sector.
• Engage with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leaders to demonstrate the value of payment automation and spend management solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting, presentations, and strategic account management.
• Play a key role in expanding market presence and contributing to the company's overall sales targets.

Requirements for the Strategic Sales Executive:

• 2+ years of direct selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong business development skills and experience prospecting and managing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle effectively.
• Knowledge of commercial payments and financial technology solutions is preferred.
