Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs to recommend the best solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts when applicable.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive, or a similar sales role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
