What are you going to do?
As Key Account Manager Germany, you develop and nurture strategic relationships with veterinarians, purchasing associations, and livestock operations across Germany. You combine commercial acumen with deep industry knowledge to expand Dopharma's market presence, introduce innovative pharmaceutical solutions, and drive sustainable growth in primarily poultry, cattle and swine sectors.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies for major accounts
- Maintain intensive contact with key accounts and purchasing associations to achieve commercial targets
- Introduce and promote innovative products including several new products in the product portfolio across target segments
- Build sustainable customer relationships and increase product awareness within livestock operations
- Conduct regular client visits to understand operational challenges and recommend tailored solutions
- Report directly to the Commercial Director Europe on account performance and market developments
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer base and develop new business prospects

Job requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management with established relationships in livestock sector
- Completed veterinary medicine education or equivalent livestock industry qualification
- Demonstrated success managing key players in the livestock sector
- Fluent German and English language skills in written and spoken communication
- Valid Class B driving license for regular travel across Germany and international markets
- Knowledge of poultry, swine, and cattle farming operations and veterinary practices
