International Business Development Associate

NeoDocs is expanding globally, and we're building a dedicated international business development function from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role you'll work closely with the leadership team and own the full international pipeline end-to-end, from first contact to post-sale support.
This is a 100% internationally focused role. Your entire attention leads, nurturing, closures, and after-sales will be on global markets. We are not looking for someone who splits time between domestic and international. Our focus markets are emerging economies across Asia, Africa, GCC, and Latin America regions with strong unmet need for affordable, high-quality diagnostics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management & Pipeline
• Own and manage all existing international leads — pick up from where we are, move them forward
• Proactively research and identify new leads across target markets
• Maintain a live, updated pipeline tracker with status, next steps, and timelines
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritise and strategise on key accounts
Nurturing & Closures
• Stay in constant, consistent touch with prospects emails, calls, follow-ups
• Build genuine relationships with international partners and buyers over time
• Prepare and send proposals, pitch decks, and product information packages
• Drive deals through the funnel and support closures
After-Sales & Partner Support
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and initial support for new international partners
• Track partner performance post-sale and flag issues early
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for existing international accounts
• Gather feedback from partners and relay it to internal product and ops teams
Regulatory & Market Learning
• Learn and document regulatory requirements for key target countries
• Stay updated on import/registration norms for diagnostics in emerging markets
• Support the team with country-specific compliance documentation as needed
• Build a working knowledge of procurement channels in each target geography
WHO YOU ARE
• 0–2 years of experience we'll back the right person with training and mentorship
• Strong written English you'll be communicating with international partners daily
• Genuinely curious about global markets, cultures, and international business
• Highly organised and disciplined pipeline management requires consistency
• Comfortable working flexible or odd hours to overlap with international time zones
• Willing to travel internationally as opportunities arise
• Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next
• Prior exposure to exports, international trade, or global BD is a plus not required
