Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and managing client accounts, nurturing relationships with prospects, and contributing to the organization’s growth strategies. This role requires effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth business development process. The Business Development Executive will also work closely with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Qualifications

- Expertise in new business development and lead generation

- Strong understanding of business strategy and practices

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders

- Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships

- Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Previous experience in a business development role is preferred
