Sales Representative / Representante de ventas

Develop and increase company sales through strong business relationships with clients in the steel industry, primarily within the Continuous Casting & Mills (C&M) area. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer portfolios, and managing commercial projects from proposal and quotation preparation through order closing. Additionally, provide technical-commercial support to customers, coordinate requirements with suppliers and internal teams, participate in bidding processes, and ensure business growth and profitability objectives are achieved.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales or business development.
• Experience in the steel, metal-mechanical, or industrial sector.
• Knowledge of Continuous Casting & Mills (C&M) processes is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of finance, costing, and budgeting.
• Experience preparing technical-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
