The Role

You'll build and own our commercial sales channel. Hotels, resorts, and casinos need a repeatable way to keep guest-room jetted tubs clean — our cleaning pouches give housekeeping teams a simple SOP that removes visible buildup and cuts guest complaints. Hot tub retailers, pool/spa service companies, and jan-san distributors need professional-grade maintenance products their customers ask for by name. You inherit an active commercial book and a brand with real proof behind it. Your job is to grow it aggressively.

Year-One Scorecard

This seat has clear targets. In your first 12 months, winning looks like:

– $600K+ in new annualized commercial revenue closed from hotels, resorts, casinos, property groups, and specialty retail/distribution.

– 30+ net-new buying accounts opened and reordering — on top of growth in the book you inherit.

– A book that lasts. Healthy margins and low churn. We pay for profitable, durable growth, not discount-driven volume.

What You'll Do

– Prospect and close: hotels, resorts, casinos, property groups, hot tub dealers, pool/spa service companies, and jan-san/hospitality distributors.

– Own the funnel: build and maintain your pipeline in CRM, run sampling programs, follow up relentlessly, and close new accounts.

– Work the shows: represent Oh Yuk at industry trade shows (hospitality, pool & spa, jan-san) — booth, meetings, and follow-up.

– Manage accounts: grow and service the existing commercial book while landing new logos.

– Coordinate: with marketing on sales collateral, with operations on order timing and fulfillment, and directly with the CEO on pricing, large accounts, and strategy.

What We're Looking For

– 3+ years of B2B sales with a track record of hunting and closing new business — not just managing inherited accounts.

– Experience selling into hospitality, jan-san, pool/spa, or adjacent channels is a strong plus; a hunter's work ethic is required.

– Self-directed. You'll have real support, but no one will be building your pipeline for you.

– Comfortable with CRM discipline, sampling logistics, and overnight travel including trade shows.

– Direct communicator. You ask for the order.

Compensation & Structure

– $70,000 base + uncapped commission, with total compensation guaranteed at $8,000/month for your first six months while you ramp (non-recoverable draw — you never owe it back).

– You inherit an active commercial book — including nationally recognized resort and casino properties — from day one, and it pays you from month one.

– Car/mileage allowance, phone, paid trade-show travel, and expensed samples and client meals.

– This is our founding commercial seat. As the team grows, the Director of Sales role is built for the person who earns it.

– No earnings cap. Full commission plan — rates, real account data, and modeled earnings scenarios — shared in the first interview.
