We were born in 1980, with our 150 employees, we are focused mainly the automotive market and also in the Industrial market.

The Business Developer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role focuses on expanding the company's market presence by fostering relationships with new clients, partners, and stakeholders, with a particular emphasis on the Italian market.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and mainly customer visits
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the company's value proposition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, partners and EMEA Sales team
- Manage RFIs and RFQs processes
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage interactions, and report on business development activities
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality internal and network teams to support development initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance team to support the offer preparation
- Prepare weekly reports on pipeline development and opportunity management
- Business or technical university degree
- BD or Sales – direct contact with the customers
