This company is a specialized downhole tool manufacturer in the oil and gas industry, helping operators improve the reliability and performance of artificial lift systems in demanding well environments. It designs and manufactures products for cable protection, sand mitigation, and equipment protection, while providing engineering expertise and customized solutions that optimize production operations.

In this role, you'll strengthen relationships with existing customers, expand the company's customer base, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value.

The Role:

- Grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.

- Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

The Person:

- 3+ years of experience in oil & gas operations, production, or sales.

- Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.

- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
