Responsibilities

• Sell and grow the MIL Cleaners franchise.
• Call, qualify, and interview prospective franchisees.
• Guide candidates through the franchise selection process.
• Onboard new franchisees and support their launch.
• Coach franchisees to grow their business, sales, and operations.
• Maintain the CRM and achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.

• Client-facing experience is a plus, but strong communication and the ability to move quickly are what matter most.
