Main responsibility
1. Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with various financial institution clients, including banks, insurance companies, and fund management firms, while building a stable cooperative ecosystem.
2. Promote and implement comprehensive financial institution business services, including institutional lending, deposits, interbank lending, trade finance, bond investment, cross-border finance, and RMB-related financial services.
3. Monitor market policies, industry trends, and competitor activities, conduct business analysis and product promotion, and achieve assigned business targets and performance indicators.
4. Carry out client credit investigations, risk assessments, and post-approval management, strictly comply with compliance and risk control requirements, and ensure the stable operation of business activities.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial institution business within commercial banks. Familiar with the operating models and regulatory policies of financial institutions, with established high-quality institutional client resources.
2. Solid financial expertise and familiarity with operational procedures related to interbank business, investment and financing, cross-border business, bills, and bond products.
3. Possess certain client resources, with strong market development, business negotiation, and solution planning capabilities.
4. Proficient in learning and operating internal banking systems.
5. Strong ability to work under pressure, clear goal orientation, excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong professional ethics, compliance awareness, and teamwork spirit.
