Business Development Representative

Your day-to-day:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities within target Enterprise accounts.
- Support the sales cycle through opportunity tracking, follow-up, and CRM management.
- Coordinate commercial activities including meetings, demos, presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, executive summaries, and internal reports.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and ensure timely follow-up on commercial actions.
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor internal response times and identify operational risks that could impact commercial opportunities.
- Assist Enterprise Managers with account planning, administrative coordination, and commercial execution.
- Ensure proper organization and control of contracts, proposals, and commercial records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales support, pre-sales, or commercial coordination roles.
- Experience in B2B environments; experience in technology, SaaS, telematics, logistics, or fleet management is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
