Role Description

As Account Manager Flanders – Design Elements, you actively drive the growth of NMC Benelux by expanding and strengthening its presence within the architectural and interior design community in Flanders.

You build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors, positioning yourself as a trusted partner throughout the specification process. You proactively identify project opportunities at an early stage, embed NMC solutions into design concepts, and ensure structured and effective follow-up from initial idea through to execution.

You develop and grow existing accounts while generating new business opportunities through targeted client visits, compelling presentations, and continuous engagement with the design community. You maintain and update accurate CRM records to track and manage pipelines, follow-ups, and project progress effectively.

In close collaboration with internal teams, you translate project requirements into tailored solutions and ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery. You also monitor and interpret market trends and the architectural landscape by actively attending relevant events and building a strong, relevant professional network.
