About the Role This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for market research, lead generation, analyzing data, effective communication with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Assist Sales Manager with developing sales and action plans, develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts
• Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
• Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment
• Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
• Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any.
• Proven experience in sales marketing, with at least 3 years of experience
• Great understanding of marketing, and the renewable energy industry and basic knowledge of finance.
• Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and market research
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
• Demonstrated lead generation experience
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of sustainable energy solutions is a plus
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is beneficial
