Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a strong understanding of game content and player preferences. The ideal candidate should be able to identify business opportunities, evaluate game potential, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the platform's content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with game providers and business partners.
• Evaluate game content from both commercial and player experience perspectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive new content initiatives and business growth.
• Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership management.
• Provide recommendations based on market insights, game performance, and player behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Prior experience in Business Development, Product Management, Game Operations, Content, or related areas.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of casino games and the online gaming industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
• Passion for games and strong awareness of player preferences.
• Experience working with international partners is a plus.
