🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning initiatives, evaluate business opportunities, and support executive leadership in shaping the organization's long-term direction. The successful candidate will conduct market and competitive analysis, develop strategic recommendations, oversee enterprise initiatives, and drive execution of key business priorities.

This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, market intelligence, transformation, and performance management.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute corporate and business unit strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, industry analysis, and business trend assessments
• Lead strategic planning workshops and facilitate annual business planning processes
• Develop business cases, growth strategies, financial models, and scenario analyses
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, investments, and market expansion initiatives
• Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and strategic KPIs
• Develop executive presentations, board reports, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate development, and business transformation programs
• Assess market disruptions, emerging technologies, industry trends, and strategic risks
• Establish strategic frameworks, governance models, and performance measurement approaches
• Monitor execution progress and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business value

✅ What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, Public Policy, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, business transformation, corporate development, or business analysis
• Proven experience developing strategic plans, business cases, and executive-level presentations
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CFA, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or equivalent
• Experience within management consulting firms, multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, government agencies, or technology companies
• Proficiency with business intelligence and strategy tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, or similar enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of digital transformation, ESG strategy, corporate governance, AI adoption, and organizational performance management
• Experience leading enterprise transformation or international business expansion initiatives
• Multilingual communication skills, particularly English and Arabic, are highly desirable
