Executive Assistant & Operations Generalist

THE ROLE

I am the founder, and I need someone who can take real work off my plate across all of these businesses. Not a note-taker. A capable right hand who can own operational tasks, talk to customers in clear English, keep our channels alive, and figure things out with AI instead of waiting to be told exactly how.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run day-to-day operations across multiple businesses and keep things from falling through the cracks
• Handle customer communication and email in clear, professional English
• Manage and post to our social media channels
• Draft, edit, and organize documents, briefs, and light content
• Own scheduling, follow-ups, light research, and the hundred small operational things that keep a studio running
• Use AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to do all of the above faster and better

WHO YOU ARE

• Perfect written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable, most of our customers are in the US
• Already living in AI tools. You use ChatGPT and Claude daily, and you are comfortable in Claude Code or eager to get there fast
• A good eye. You can tell when something looks clean and professional versus sloppy, and you care about the difference
• Organized and reliable. What you own actually gets done
• Eager to learn. You would rather figure out a new tool or topic than avoid it
• Comfortable with ambiguity and switching context between very different businesses

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting a founder or a small team
• Any background in marketing, operations, customer support, or content
• Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, and social schedulers
