transactions, improve day-to-day operations, and support customer-facing business

As Yammii expands into selected regional markets across the U.S., we are building a
regional growth team to drive merchant acquisition, local market development, and long-
term business expansion.
About the Role
The Regional Business Development Specialist will drive Yammii’s merchant acquisition
and commercial development efforts within assigned regional markets.
This role is designed for candidates interested in business development, B2B sales,
merchant services, partnerships, and startup growth. You will build local merchant
pipelines, engage restaurant and retail business owners, qualify commercial opportunities,
and support the adoption of Yammii’s POS and payment solutions.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help Yammii build local market presence in selected
regional markets and contribute directly to the company’s regional expansion strategy. The
role is well-suited for early-career professionals and high-potential candidates seeking
hands-on exposure to regional market development, merchant acquisition, and growth
operations.
What You Will Do
- Build and develop merchant pipelines within assigned regional markets
- Drive market-facing outreach and relationship development with restaurant and retail
merchants
- Qualify merchant opportunities and pitch Yammii’s POS and payment solutions
- Support commercial discussions, merchant follow-up, and activation handoff
/ 1 6- Share market feedback, competitor insights, and merchant needs with the internal team
What We Look For
- Interest or experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, merchant
services, or related commercial roles
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with business owners, operators,
decision makers, or local business communities
- Self-motivated, practical, and comfortable working in a market-facing, field-based, or
independently managed environment
- Experience in student organizations, sponsorships, fundraising, restaurant operations,
retail, local outreach, or similar activities
- Professional communication ability in English and Mandarin Chinese
Work Authorization
Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization. International students with valid work

Compensation & Program Structure
Compensation may include base pay, performance-based bonuses, business-related
stipends, and approved expense reimbursement. Compensation and role scope are
reviewed periodically based on individual contribution, market development progress, and
business needs.
For full-time conversion opportunities, the typical annual compensation package may
range from $55,000 to $70,000, depending on role scope, location, performance, and
business needs.
