The Mission

As an SDR, you are the face of our clients' growth. You won't just be "making calls"; you’ll be a strategic partner helping tech companies scale.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Multi-Channel Prospecting: Using cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and creative outreach to engage high-level decision-makers.
• Strategic Qualifying: Identifying the right pain points and ensuring a prospect is a perfect fit for our clients.
• Relationship Building: Creating instant rapport and curiosity to book high-value meetings and demos.
• Being the "Go-Getter": Doing "whatever it takes" to break through the noise and drive revenue.

Who You Are

• Communication Pro: You have "mother-tongue" level English (written and verbal). You know how to craft a compelling email and hold a high-level conversation.
• Digitally Fluent: You’re tech-savvy and have a strong "emoji and meme game"—you know how to be professional yet personable.
• Resilient & Fearless: You aren't "scared" of the phone. You see "No" as just a detour on the way to "Yes."
• Fast Learner: You can dive into complex tech products and explain them simply within days.

• US Shift Availability: You’re available to work US hours (4:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
