Expansion Associate (English Speaker)

About Us

MEDLIFE is a global nonprofit organization that partners with students and underserved communities across Latin America and Africa to improve access to healthcare, education, and community development.

We're looking for an Expansion Associate to identify, engage, and support student leaders interested in launching MEDLIFE Chapters at universities and schools worldwide.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping others turn ideas into action. You'll spend your time speaking with prospective student leaders, leading information sessions, conducting outreach, and guiding students through the process of creating new chapters on their campuses.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage prospective student leaders.
• Conduct outreach via calls, video meetings, email, and social media.
• Lead information sessions and webinars.
• Guide students through the chapter launch process.
• Build relationships with universities, faculty members, and student organizations.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Support students participating in MEDLIFE programs and Service Learning Trips.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, nonprofit outreach, or similar client-facing roles.
• Advanced/Native-level English (assessed during the hiring process).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, networking, and public speaking.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Latin America or the Philippines, with availability to travel.
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Knowledge of the sales process and lead generation.

Preferred

• Experience working with students, volunteers, or nonprofit organizations.
• Background in International Development, Public Health, or Project Management.
