Company Description

Duck View Systems designs and deploys mobile surveillance outfitted with the latest technology. Industries targeted include construction, retail, property management, municipalities, oil & gas, and critical infrastructure.

Role Description (Full-Time or Part-Time):

This is a lead generation and qualification role in a high-accountability, sales-driven startup. You will manage both inbound and outbound opportunities, supported by a commission structur.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Get decision-makers on the phone and uncover real needs
  • Create clean, high-quality pipeline for Account Executives
  • Hand off well-qualified opportunities that actually close
  • Work closely with AEs and leadership to refine messaging and targeting

Trailblazing SDRs who prove they can operate at the next level may be invited into the closing process alongside an AE, with AE-level commission upside as part of their development.

Compensation:

  • Full-Time: $42k/year salary + performance-based commissions
  • Part-Time: $20/hour + performance-based commissions
  • Paid on closed revenue—not vanity metrics
  • Upside meaningfully higher than traditional meeting-based SDR roles

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator who’s comfortable on the phone
  • Competitive, coachable, and accountable
  • Motivated by performance
  • B2B sales experience helps; but hunger matters more
