MPI is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and support our expanding sales team. We promote from within and believe in developing talent, giving you the opportunity to carve your own path based on your strengths and performance.

What You’ll Do
Drive Pipeline & Customer Engagement
- Generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and virtual outreach
- Engage prospective customers by providing product information and identifying needs
- Identify key decision-makers and map account structures
- Collaborate with Territory Executives to support regional and national sales strategies
- Align outreach and targeting efforts with broader business goals
- Provide insights from customer interactions to strengthen sales approach
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, including account insights and engagement activity
- Track key account information such as organizational structure, planning cycles, and affiliations
- Analyze dashboards and performance metrics to improve effectiveness
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to inform product and process improvements
- Stay informed on product offerings and identify opportunities within the sales process
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives that enhance team performance and customer experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of motivation, curiosity, and drive to succeed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Comfort working with data, systems, and performance metrics
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or sales as a career path.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
