Sales Executive

ALS Recruiting is working with a leading freight forwarder looking to bring in an experienced Business Development Manager to support growth across Air, Sea and Road Freight.

This role would suit someone confident in winning new business, building strong client relationships and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.

What’s on offer:

• £55,000 – £70,000 basic salary

• Commission paid for the lifetime of accounts

The role:

• Winning new business across Air, Sea and Road Freight

• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

• Meeting clients and understanding their freight requirements

• Negotiating rates and commercial agreements

• Working closely with operations and customs teams

What they’re looking for:

• Freight forwarding sales experience

• Strong knowledge of Air, Sea and/or Road Freight

• Confident in managing the full sales cycle

• Commercial, driven and relationship-focused
