Cybersecurity Lead - IT/OT

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of IT/OT Cybersecurity Lead to join our team.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Evaluate global cybersecurity Infosys portfolio offerings for IT & OT and identify services suitable for the Brazilian market.
• Work closely with global practices, delivery organizations and service owners to localize and position cybersecurity services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic technology partners and cybersecurity vendors.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities (opportunity qualification, solution design, effort estimation and proposal development).
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal stakeholders on topics related to Infrastructure Services, Network Services, Cybersecurity and OT environments.
• Define and evolve service delivery models, governance structures and operational processes for cybersecurity and infrastructure offerings.
• Contribute to the creation of IT & OT Cybersecurity shared service capabilities and drive service standardization
• Identify trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the cybersecurity portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Infrastructure, IT/OT Network Services and Cybersecurity domains.
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, including Data Center, Cloud, End User Computing, Network Services and Security Operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless Networks), Firewalls, Network Segmentation and Perimeter Security.
• Proven experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and cybersecurity principles for critical infrastructure.
• Experience defining cybersecurity architectures, reference architectures and security-by-design principles across enterprise IT and OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443 and CIS Controls.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity domains such as SOC, MDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Network Security, Cloud Security and OT Security.
• Experience designing, positioning and launching cybersecurity service offerings, managed services and shared services organizations.
• Experience collaborating with global practices, technology partners and strategic vendors.
• Strong background supporting pre-sales activities, including translation of business requirements into service offerings, delivery models and operational structures.
• Experience supporting RFP responses, solution design, effort estimation and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GICSP or equivalent).
