Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Marwa Junction, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Mode: Onsite | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day offsite)
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 (Net) + commission on closed deals
Job Summary
LD&D Consulting is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.), closing business deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert leads into paying clients.
- Acquire and manage clients for HR outsourcing services.
- Negotiate and close outsourcing contracts with favorable terms.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in Business Development or Sales (HR Consulting/Outsourcing preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
