What You Will Do

• Customer Development: Identify and contact potential customers through various channels (such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and regular meetings.

• Market Investigation: Stay ahead with insights on related products, trends, pricing, and so on.

• Sales Growth: Identify and introduce new products to customers. Source trending items, get the target price, and integrate other information from the market for Chinese colleagues to acquire new orders.

• Order Placement: Push customers to make payments and arrange new orders.

• Logistics Info.: Collect information on customs policy, customs agents, local logistics, etc.

• Complete other tasks assigned by Chinese colleagues.

Who We’re Looking for

• At least 3 years experience in B2B sales or new customer development;

• Education: Bachelor's degree;

• Language Skills: English, Ukrainian;

• Reside in Kyiv;

• Extensive knowledge of the sales process;

• A skilled and experienced presenter to customer, with strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Extensive experience in sales techniques and strategies. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;

• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team;

Other Skills: Ms Word, Ms Excel, E-mail etc.;

Remuneration

In line with the principle of productive strivers, we offer:

• Basic salary(1000-1200 USD);

• Performance salary(200-300 USD);

• New customer bonus (300-500 USD per order);

• Transportation allowance.
