Founding Business Development Representative - FinTech 🦄

About the company

Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing FinTech scale-ups, helping businesses take control of company spending through an all-in-one spend management platform.

Their solution combines company cards, expense management, accounts payable and automation into one platform, trusted by thousands of businesses across Europe.

After surpassing $100M ARR, they're now launching their Stockholm office and looking for their first Business Development Representative in Sweden.

You'll be one of the first commercial hires in the region, helping build the Swedish market from the ground up while working alongside an experienced international sales organisation.

The role

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Build pipeline via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and networking
• Research and target Mid-Market companies (300+ employees)
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to execute outbound campaigns
• Become an expert on the product, market and ideal customer profile
• Play a key role in shaping the outbound strategy for the Swedish market

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience
• Proven outbound prospecting experience
• Confident communicating with decision-makers over phone, email and LinkedIn
• Resilient, ambitious and eager to exceed targets
• Fluent in Swedish and English
