Build the North American business for the world's leading iGaming talent solutions company.

Some people want a sales job. Others want the opportunity to build something that matters.

If you're motivated by opening new markets, winning strategic clients and making a genuine commercial impact, keep reading.

Pentasia is the world's leading talent solutions specialist for the global iGaming and digital entertainment industry. For more than two decades, we've partnered with the world's most recognised operators, suppliers and technology businesses to help them build exceptional teams.

Now we're investing in our next phase of growth across North America.

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive that expansion.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a portfolio of existing clients.

It's an opportunity to build one.

Working directly with our VP, Americas, you'll take ownership of new business across the US, developing relationships with gaming operators, suppliers and technology companies while helping shape our long-term commercial strategy for the region.

As our business grows, so will your opportunity. The successful person won't simply contribute to our expansion - they'll help lead it.

Why this role is different

Many business development roles ask you to sell someone else's strategy.

This one gives you the opportunity to influence it.

You'll have the autonomy to develop your territory, identify opportunities, build meaningful client relationships and create long-term partnerships with some of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry.

You'll be backed by an internationally recognised brand, an experienced recruitment delivery team and a leadership group committed to growing our presence across North America and LATAM.

If you enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them, you'll feel right at home here.

What success looks like

In your first 12 months, you'll be focused on:

  • Winning new clients across the North American iGaming market.
  • Building a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities.
  • Developing relationships with senior decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Technology and Executive Leadership.
  • Representing Pentasia at major industry conferences, networking events and client meetings.
  • Working closely with our specialist recruitment teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Helping establish Pentasia as the recruitment partner of choice for gaming businesses across the region.

As we continue to expand, you'll also have the opportunity to influence the future structure of our commercial team, with a clear pathway into leadership for the right individual.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of creating new business and building lasting commercial relationships.

You'll likely have experience in consultative B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships and be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value opportunities.

Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent solutions would be highly advantageous, particularly within the iGaming sector, although we're equally interested in professionals who have sold other consultative services into technology, digital or high-growth industries.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who is:

  • Commercially driven and motivated by winning new business.
  • Comfortable building a territory from the ground up.
  • Curious, resilient and highly self-motivated.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys building trusted relationships.
  • Organised, proactive and accountable for delivering results.

Spanish or Portuguese language skills would be a bonus, but they're by no means essential.

Why Pentasia?

We've spent more than 20 years building a reputation as the trusted talent partner to the global gaming industry.

Today, we're recognised worldwide for our specialist knowledge, international reach and long-term client relationships.

Joining us means becoming part of a business with genuine global scale while having the opportunity to make a visible impact on our North American growth story.

You'll enjoy the freedom to shape your market, the support of experienced colleagues around the world and the chance to grow your own career as we continue investing across the Americas.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped commission with strong earning potential.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage.
  • Hybrid working from our Downtown Orlando office (Tuesday to Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Work From Anywhere for up to 30 days each year.
  • Paid birthday leave.
  • Paid time off between Christmas and New Year (subject to business requirements).
  • Company sick pay.
  • Travel throughout North America for conferences, client meetings and industry events.
  • A genuine opportunity to progress into commercial leadership as our business continues to grow.

Location

This role is based in our Downtown Orlando office on a hybrid basis.

We're happy to hear from candidates already based in the Orlando area, as well as those currently living in Tampa, Miami or elsewhere in Florida who are open to relocating.
