- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) tailored to German-market buyers and stakeholder roles (Head of eCommerce, Retail Media Manager, VP Marketing, agencies)
- Maintain clean, accurate records of activity, opportunities and handoffs in Salesforce, and manage the AE handoff process end to end
- Capture objections, competitive intelligence and response data from the German market to sharpen targeting, messaging and positioning
- Hit and report against core performance measures: market coverage, lead quality, accepted pipeline, and speed-to-follow-up
- Partner closely with Marketing and AEs on account targeting, campaign follow-up and feedback loops to continuously improve conversion
- Fluent German and English, both written and verbal. C1 or C2 level at a minimum.
- No prior sales experience required (entry-level)
- Familiarity with software sales concepts or technology market trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools; any experience with databases or data management a plus
- Ability to work independently on defined assignments
- Relevant studies pertaining to Sales & Marketing a huge benefit
