Join our team as an Inside Sales/ Sales Development Representative with German (f/m/d) – either on-site/hybrid at our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv or Varna, or flexibly remote from within Bulgaria.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify target clients and prospect organizations within defined industries
• Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to engage key decision‑makers
• Qualify leads based on business needs, security maturity, and buying readiness (ideally following MEDDICC)
• Schedule meetings by booking discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
• Communicate cybersecurity value in a clear and compelling way to early‑stage prospects
• Maintain CRM accuracy

Your Experience:

• Strong communication with confident objection handling and clear messaging
• Discovery & active listening to uncover needs and qualify prospects effectively
• Cold‑calling resilience with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) with disciplined pipeline and activity management
• Meeting generation through consistent outbound prospecting and structured follow‑up
• Sales mindset: competitive, results‑driven, team‑oriented, with basic MEDDICC understanding
• Fluency in both English and German

Salary Band:

For this role we can offer €23,000 – €30,000 gross annual salary (full-time). An additional variable compensation component of up to 10% may apply.
