Global Account Manager/in

The Global Account Management team is the central point of contact for major international customer groups as well as for locations of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG and its subsidiaries. The main task is to provide holistic support to customer groups and their production facilities when investing in the complete product portfolio. A high degree of conceptual planning and management of customers as well as the provision of products and services in close cooperation with the operational Heidelberg locations is an integral part of the Global Account Team.

The Global Account Manager is responsible for the development of business with Heidelberg's major customers in terms of sales and earnings.

The goal is to build and maintain long-term, value-adding relationships that drive the company's global sales and market success.

Your Tasks

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding relationships with major international customers.
• Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
• Creation and implementation of global sales strategies.
• Collaboration and project coordination with internal departments and international sales and service teams.
• Preparation and negotiation of prices and contracts at international level.
• Analysis of customer requirements and creation of a strategy per key account

Our Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial understanding
• Experience in international sales or key account management
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• Good ability to work in a team as well as independent, goal- and customer-oriented way of working
• Good organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and coordination skills
• Very good knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage)

The diverse national and international contacts require a confident appearance, a high degree of communication, persuasion and also conflict skills.
