Indexed description

Fully remote (US), Kansas City preferred | Full-time | $65K base, $75K–$85K OTE (uncapped)

1,100+ researched target accounts. Scored, tiered, and waiting. We need the person who turns that list into meetings.

We build software that keeps critical infrastructure safe: satellite analytics that help water utilities and dam owners spot problems before they become failures (Rezatec), and engineering software trusted by pressure vessel designers and fabricators worldwide (CEI, Paulin Research Group, Finglow). Our buyers are engineers, dam safety officers, and utility asset managers — people who take their work seriously and expect the same from anyone who calls them.

The role

You'll own outbound development across our target account list: water utilities, dam and embankment owners, mining operators, oil & gas, and fabricators. Many accounts are researched but don't yet have a named contact — you'll find the right buyer, reach them by phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify, and book discovery meetings for our account executives. You'll also take on special projects, such as win-back outreach to churned customers and re-engaging previous prospects.

This is prospecting with a head start, not cold-list dialing: account scoring, briefs, and messaging groundwork are already done.

You'll succeed here if you have

  • 3+ years of B2B outbound BD/inside sales into water utilities, municipal infrastructure, or industrial markets
  • A track record of sourcing your own contacts, not just working inbound
  • Credibility with technical buyers on infrastructure risk, compliance, and asset integrity
  • Strong phone presence, sharp written outreach, and disciplined follow-up
  • Salesforce proficiency; Sales Navigator and enrichment tools a plus

Bonus points

  • Experience selling to government and municipal buyers
  • Familiarity with geospatial analytics, dam safety programs, ASME codes, or utility asset management

Measured on: qualified meetings booked and held, outreach-to-meeting conversion, and verified contacts added to target accounts.

Why join: a defined, pre-researched territory from day one, established products with strong niche positions, and a clear path to account executive or vertical specialist roles.

Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, 401(k), PTO
