Senior Services Remote Sales Representative I

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide value-driven service solutions that help customers improve operational efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers and identify opportunities to grow the Services business.
- Own and proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process for service and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing renewal rates.
- Monitor contract expiration dates, engage customers throughout the renewal cycle, and negotiate contract renewals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the Services portfolio.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Engage customers through phone calls, virtual meetings, email, and other digital communication channels.
- Support Sales and Marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, manage sales opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering value-based service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical, operations, and sales teams, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, or Service Sales.
- Experience managing service contract renewals and customer retention activities is highly preferred.
- Experience in remote or digital sales environments is preferred.
- Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or technical solutions is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

- Service contract renewal and customer retention rates.
- Growth of the existing customer portfolio.
- Lead conversion and pipeline performance.
- Customer satisfaction and relationship development.
- Effective execution of remote sales strategies and campaigns.
