Business Development Analyst
We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our team, playing an active role in the development of large-scale infrastructure, superstructure, and engineering projects, and supporting our strategic growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering strongly preferred) or related Administrative Sciences / Business disciplines from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in business development, project management/control, tender/proposal preparation, cost analysis, or technical office operations.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken), capable of leading international documentation, managing stakeholder communications, and attending global project meetings.
- Build and maintain analytical models in Excel to evaluate project viability, cost structures, and ROI.
- Perform technical, financial, and commercial feasibility assessments for prospective infrastructure and engineering projects.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify upcoming tenders, industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Actively contribute to end-to-end proposal and tender preparation processes for local and international projects.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Technical Office, Legal, and Finance) to compile tender documentation, technical specs, and cost estimates.
- Maintain active, professional communication with international partners, consultants, clients, and key industry stakeholders.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, executive summaries, and business development reports for senior management.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to manage tight tender deadlines effectively.
Job Description
- Researching potential new engineering/contracting projects, tenders, and investment opportunities in both domestic and international markets,
- Identifying projects of interest, defining the surrounding market and dynamics, pulling out historical reliable data, sorting and analyzing the data into meaningful outputs,
- Conducting pre-feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for targeted projects,
- Ensuring data coordination among technical, commercial, and field teams during the preparation of tender and proposal documents,
- Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to present periodic growth reports to the management team,
- Supporting the management of English correspondence and meetings during international partnerships, collaborations, and pre-contract communication processes.
