A growing New York contractor is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand its presence across the high-end residential, hospitality, multifamily and commercial property markets.

This role is all about building relationships and creating opportunities.

We're looking to speak with professionals who already have strong networks within the New York property and construction market, particularly with:

• Property Developers
• Property Owners
• Architects & Design Firms
• High-End Residential Builders
• General Contractors
• Real Estate Professionals
• Property Managers
• Owner's Representatives

Candidates may come from backgrounds including:

• Construction Business Development
• Architectural Products / Specification Sales
• Real Estate Development
• Building Products
• Restoration / Roofing / Building Envelope
• Luxury Residential Real Estate
• Commercial Real Estate
• Property Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing long-term client relationships and helping grow an already well-established contractor across the New York market.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves prospecting and building relationships
• Has a proven track record of winning new business
• Is confident meeting developers, owners and architects
• Understands how construction projects are won
• Enjoys being out in the market rather than sitting behind a desk

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base + excellent uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings exceeding $200,000+.
