Partner - Energy Transition Strategy

Strat-Bridge is partnered with a global management consulting firm as they appoint a Sector Lead for their Energy practice, sitting within the firm's Power & Heat industry group, based in either Germany or the Nordics.

This is a senior business-development and key-account leadership mandate, not a delivery-coordination role.

🎯 The Position

You will lead global business development and key-account management across non-renewable generation, including:

• Thermal and gas, nuclear (new build and technology choice, e.g. SMR), power and heat, and waste-to-energy
• Investment strategy and market entry, including new-build gas decisions and transaction-driven mandates
• Fleet management, operating models and organisational design for major nuclear and thermal programmes
• Connecting strategy, engineering and transaction-services capability for the firm's largest European and global accounts, including major Nordic and German generators

🧠 What they're looking for

• Senior strategy-consulting background (Partner / Director level or equivalent)
• Credible today at EVP/CEO level in generation, able to run senior client meetings independently
• Deep non-renewable generation domain knowledge, with fluency in the transaction and value-creation layer
• Comfortable sitting close to the client base — Nordics or Germany

Not a fit: pure market-analysis/price-forecasting profiles, trading backgrounds, or coordinators without direct origination credibility.
