• Role Description

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and understand their immigration goals.
• Present relevant U.S. immigration pathways and explain the firm's services.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to client onboarding.
• Follow up with leads, address queries, and convert prospects into clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly consultation, retention, and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with attorneys and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) degree in Business, Marketing, Law, International Relations, or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, immigration services, legal services, or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience handling international clients and virtual consultations.
• Familiarity with U.S. immigration categories such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, L-1, and other visa pathways is a plus.
