Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the development and ongoing relationship management of overseas markets (e.g., research institutes,, universities).
2. Collaborate with the quotation team to follow up on customer inquiries and quotations, and assist in managing the process from quotation to project delivery, helping ensure projects are completed within expected timelines and budgets.
3. Assist in the development, maintenance, and coordination of overseas distributors; help review performance, provide necessary support, and follow up on sales progress.
4. Work with the marketing team to support brand awareness initiatives and online/offline activities in emerging markets.
5. Participate in regular distributor meetings, help organize sales data, summarize market feedback, and coordinate internal resources.
6. Take on other business development-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Pharmacy, International Trade, or related fields; familiarity with the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
2. Good command of English (spoken and written), able to communicate in an international business environment.
3. Some experience in business development, international sales, or foreign trade is preferred.
4. Good time management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
5. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
6. Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement and continuous learning.
