Responsibilities
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead the launch of new Cardiovascular and Endovascular intervention products and strengthen strategic customer relationships across Southeast Asia. This role plays a critical part in driving market expansion, clinical engagement, and product adoption, supporting both short-term sales growth and long-term partnership development with leading healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute business strategies to introduce and establish new products in the vascular intervention portfolio.
- Drive sales performance and ensure product inclusion in hospital procurement systems and tenders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration across target hospitals and regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customers, including interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, procurement teams, and KOLs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, timely support, and continuous engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to organize product demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on trainings to strengthen product adoption.
- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including pre-launch training, clinical workshops, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Work closely with the marketing and regulatory teams to ensure launch readiness, compliance, and effective promotional strategies.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to guide continuous product improvement and future development initiatives.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to anticipate trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making, pricing, and positioning of products within the market.
- Partner with distributors, marketing, and clinical support teams to align on account strategies and execution plans.
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercial and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and market activity.
- Support management with detailed forecasts, business reviews, and competitive analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales or business development, preferably within Cardiovascular or Endovascular intervention.
- Proven track record in new product introduction, key account management, and tender processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Vietnamese .
- Willingness to travel 30–50% within the assigned region.
- Experience with stents, balloons, catheters, embolization coils, or endovascular grafts.
- Established relationships with major hospitals (e.g., Bach Mai).
- Familiarity with regional regulatory and reimbursement systems.
