📰 Your Role

We’re looking for an impactful doer — someone who turn curiosity into insight, conversations into solutions, and opportunities into long-term revenue & trust.

As a Business Development / Sales Engager, you’ll work at the intersection of market approach pull/push, client acquisition, and solution consulting — bridging client needs with our service capabilities.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Reactivate 1000+ meaningful client relationships across regions and industries.
• Understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions that deliver value.
• Lead consultative conversations — from prospecting and discovery to closing deals.
• Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure a good understanding of our capabilities, high-quality services, and client satisfaction.
• Competence using CRM tools and standard office software to track pipelines and prepare client materials.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and key client meetings.

👨🏻‍💼 Who You Are

Experience:

• 3+ years in delivery/project roles in IT digital field (including sales & project delivery).
• 2–3 years in hands-on B2B sales (corporate, consulting, or startup).

Languages: French (required) | English, 3rd language plus

Skills:

• Great listener with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Clear communication and strong presentation abilities.
• Organized, persistent, and comfortable working cross-culturally.
• Studying abroad is a plus as you experience different cultures.
• Curious about people, business challenges, and what drives decisions.
• A self-starter who combines focus with flexibility.
• Energized by building trust and helping clients solve problems.
• Naturally curious and value-driven.
• Calm under pressure, but always moving forward.
