We are looking for

A Marketing & Business Development Manager for our Aerospace division at the company's site in Haifa

You will play a key role in driving business growth across local and international markets, leading strategic initiatives, building meaningful partnerships, and shaping the commercial success of advanced aerospace systems. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of business development in one of the defense industry's most dynamic divisions

In this role you will

Identify and initiate new business opportunities locally and internationally

Establish new business partnerships and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners

Manage opportunities and system-level campaigns end to end

Gather business intelligence, analyze markets, trends and competitors

Lead business proposals and manage negotiations with customers

Work across matrixed organizational functions and build cross-divisional relationships

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's degree

Master's degree - an advantage

At least 5 years of experience in marketing and business development of large-scale, multi-system projects in the defense sector and international markets

Experience in negotiations, leading business proposals and managing customer relationships

Native-level English proficiency

Additional language - an advantage

Willingness to travel abroad and work non-standard hours

Strong systemic perspective, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and drive cross-organizational interfaces
